How it works?
Helical Lead Fight
The lead is the first section of a pile driven into the ground. It includes a cutting tip, one or more helical flights, and a connection point. As it rotates, the flight pitch pulls the pile downward like a screw, anchoring it into the soil. This is the primary component of the helical pile system that is driven into the soil first, determining the foundation’s bearing capacity.
We manufacture leads using 80 KSI steel tubing and 107 KSI-rated connections. Flights are plasma-cut and die-formed for consistent pitch and performance. Every lead is checked to meet strict tolerances, with welds completed by certified professionals to reduce soil disturbance and ensure structural integrity.
Extension
Extensions are attached after the lead to reach the required depth or torque. Each extension includes a mid-shaft and male/female tool joints for secure stacking. It produces a stronger, cleaner, and more consistent joint than conventional methods.
